Wi-Fi connection can be spotty, occasionally leaving you without reliable access. Tricky door locking mechanism could use some improvement, as it's not immediately clear if you should turn the key vertically or horizontally. The toilet door doesn't extend to the ceiling, which may not provide the privacy some guests prefer.

The rooms they offer were new-fashioned and spotless with a very residential patio with people's windows, big bathroom, balcony.

The room was spotless with a big window, a large shower, as example, and all other comforts. The hotel's location was central, fantastic right in the middle of everything. It was right at Morgan Restaurante, where you can have dinner.

Staying for four nights was a fantastic experience, especially because the room was perfectly sized to relax after exploring the area. I loved having a huge bathroom with a good shower, and the added convenience of a fridge. The old town with all its pintxos bars and restaurants was just a short walk away.

Pension basic confort is right in the center. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The hosts were so helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay with comfortable beds in a clean room, perfectly situated just a few steps from la concha beach and within walking distance to the beautiful plaza gipuzkoa, making my weekend city explorations good.

A major plus was that everything here looked brand-new. Our room was super spacious, with a big bathroom, balcony, and a nice patio. It had a modern vibe that we really liked. the food was also really delicious! 🌟
